The relationship we have with our sponsors is extremely important. If it weren’t for their generous support, we couldn’t bring this event to the community like we do. Sponsors are more than just business partners, they are a part of our fair family. We are beyond thankful for the support we received in the past hope it continues for the future. Your consideration as a sponsor is very much appreciated. The momentum and growth of the Buchanan County Fair are unbelievable, and our objective is to keep everything going in the right direction, so we can continue to get bigger and better in the years to come. This year, we have changed up our sponsorship options a bit. You can choose to sponsor one of our fair buildings or go with one of the VIP sponsorship options that come with VIP tickets to Friday's concert.

To become a sponsor, please return the completed sponsorship form (building or VIP) to the fair manager at your earliest convenience.
Building Sponsorship
As a Name Your Building Sponsor, you will be/get:
- Recognized as an Ultimate 10-year Sponsor with your company/family signage and/or name on a building of choice (if available)
- 10-year minimum ($1,000 x 10) and must be paid for up front
- Sign provided by the company/family
- Sign requirements are determined by the Buchanan County Fair Board
As a Show Ring (South Wall, Center) Sponsor, you will be/get:
- Company/family mentioned on a sign inside the Show Ring on the south wall, in the center, for 1 year (2 years for $2800)
- 3' x 6' sign
- Sign provided by the company/family
- Sign requirements are determined by the Buchanan County Fair Board
- 6 available
As a Show Ring (South Wall) Sponsor, you will be/get:
- Company/family mentioned on a sign inside the Show Ring on the south wall for 1 year (2 years for $1800)
- 3' x 6' sign
- Sign provided by the company/family
- Sign requirements are determined by the Buchanan County Fair Board
- Limited availability
As a Show Ring (East/West Wall) Sponsor, you will be/get:
- Company/family mentioned on a sign inside the Show Ring on the east or west wall for 1 year (2 years for $1800)
- 4' x 8' sign
- Sign provided by the company/family
- Sign requirements are determined by the Buchanan County Fair Board
- Limited availability
As a Year-Round Signage Sponsor, you will be/get:
- Year-round signage on the fairgrounds
- Company/family listed on a fair donor sign displayed on the grounds during fair week
- 2-year minimum ($1,000 x 2)
- Limited availability
As a Red Ribbon Sponsor, you will be/get:
- Company/family listed on a fair donor sign displayed on the grounds during fair week
- Noted Red Ribbon and a $500 sponsor
As a Friends of the Fair Sponsor, you will be/get:
- Company/family listed on a fair donor sign displayed on the grounds during fair week
As a Barn Sponsor, you will be/get:
- Company/family mentioned on animal-shaped sign on the outside of a barn of choice for 1 year
- Option to add a memory message or business recognition
This is a fun and new way to add something to the front of our barns! The perfect opportunity to wish a 4-H/FFA kid the best of wishes for all to see.

VIP Concert Sponsorship
As the Ultimate Sponsor, you will be/get:
- Recognized as the official Ultimate Sponsor for all grandstand events, with your company logo on all promotional material for these events (website**, brochure, flyers, etc.)
- Mentioned in all media releases regarding fair week, including radio advertisements
- Highlighted on social media leading up to the fair (minimum of 5 mentions on Facebook and Instagram)
- Exhibit space in the vendor area, if desired
- Listed on the fair donor sign displayed on the grounds during fair week
- Company logo displayed at the concert on jumbo screens
- 200 one-day admission tickets to the fair
- 90 VIP* tickets to Friday’s concert
As a Best of Show Sponsor, you will be/get:
- Company logo and website displayed on the Buchanan County Fair Association website**
- Mentioned in radio advertisements
- Highlighted on social media leading up to the fair (minimum of 3 mentions on Facebook and Instagram)
- Exhibit space in the vendor area, if desired
- Listed on the fair donor sign displayed on the grounds during fair week
- Company logo displayed at the concert on the jumbo screens
- 100 one-day admission tickets to the fair
- 50 VIP* tickets to Friday’s concert
As a Grand Champion Sponsor, you will be/get:
- Highlighted on social media leading up to the fair (minimum of 3 mentions on Facebook and Instagram)
- Exhibit space in the vendor area, if desired
- Listed on the fair donor sign displayed on the grounds during fair week
- Company logo displayed at the concert on the jumbo screens
- 50 one-day admission tickets to the fair
- 24 VIP* tickets to Friday’s concert
As a Purple Ribbon Sponsor, you will be/get:
- Listed on the fair donor sign displayed on the grounds during fair week
- Company logo displayed at the concert on the jumbo screens
- 16 VIP* tickets to Friday’s concert
As a Blue Ribbon Sponsor, you will be/get:
- Listed on the fair donor sign displayed on the grounds during fair week
- Company logo displayed at the concert on the jumbo screens
- 10 VIP* tickets to Friday’s concert
* VIP tickets include free admission to the fair on the day of the concert, VIP parking, access to the front of the stage, 1 meal ticket per person, and 5 drink tickets per person.
